Billing Problem

I changed my plan from basic to popular TV. Instead of just incrementing the bill by the difference, the bill increased by $100. I look at the bill and it's confusing because I see Popular TV listed 4 times with 3 different amounts. I see xfi complete listed three times,  FAST is listed 4 times with three numbers, but I haven't changed internet speed. I see Xfi complete listed 3 times with three amounts.

Either way, there should be no way that just changing packages would increase my bill by $100. 

If there isn't a mistake and there is some lame reason why it went by $100, then put it back on basic so I can wait until my contract expires so I change carriers.

Depending on when the changes were made between your billing cycle, there may be some prorated charges on the bill.
