Billing problem

Regarding our Xfinity Wifi Account [Edited: "Personal Information"].   Xfinity customer service told us that our monthly billings would remain the same for TWO years.  Please provide us credit for what you have over-charged, and adjust our future billing to be what you promised us - The Exact same monthly charge as in 2024.
