Billing problem contacting support

Does anyone know how to get in contact with xfinity directly without using the chat. I don't have time to live chat with someone who most likely cannot help me with my billing problem and provides generic answers and it is nearly impossible for me to find time to sit on the phone or go to xfinity. I have a bunch of fines that quite frankly I shouldn't have gotten. 

I tried the live chat option and they got nowhere. I went in person because I somehow found a free hour to go to xfinity, they fixed my account so I would no longer get fined but could not do anything about the fines. 

I'm a chef working 80-90 hours a week and have an 8 week old. I just do not have time and no one will provide me with a way to contact directly in a manner that works for my schedule.

Thank you for clarifying, @user_o8lpn9. It sounds like you may have originally had the 1.2 TB data plan, but ended up going over that amount, which resulted in additional data charges, is that correct? Was our Xfinity Store Team able to get you into a promotion with unlimited data, to prevent this from happening in the future?
