BILLING / PAYMENT ISSUES - ERROR - Will Not Load

Like so many others, I am having issues with payments/billing/etc. and the Billing page has multiple error messages saying certain parts failed to load, including Upcoming Payments, Autopay and Payment methods.  When I attempt to "Make early payment," it says "Looks like something went wrong.  Please reload the page and try again."  This happens on Chrome and Edge and on the mobile app.  I've tried incognito and wifi and cellular data.  Nothing has worked and this seems like a ridiculous issue for a company to be having continuously.  I attempted to reach a representative through the Xfinity Assistant (which was less than helpful) and it was an endless loop of only giving me limited unhelpful selections and never putting me through to an agent.  Beyond frustrating.  Please look into this issue.

Oh, and I've also reset my password and set up 2-factor authentication.  Nothing has worked.
