Billing/ paying online with bank account

If I don’t pay my past due balance  by the 31st, my service will be cut off on April 1st. I will have the money, but not be able to get it into my checking account before the bank closes. If I pay using my checking account, will it reflect on my account, or will my service still be turned off?

Hello, @user_3325ef! Thanks for posting on our Community forums for assistance with your billing concerns. If you pay using your checking account, it can take 24-48 hours for the payment to reflect in your bank account. Does this help?

Please do not post about your issue more than one time.  @XfinityDilary answered both of your new posts, but during that time, because you posted twice, it took them away from helping another customer.  Also, it is against the Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy to post about your issue more than one time.  We understand your need is immediate, but just as immediate as the needs of others that post here.
