Billing Pages Not working on App or Webpage

I am trying to update my billing date to better work with my pay dates. Every time I try to access any page where I can actually edit my information, I get a trouble code.

Good evening @user_7vwp2j, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums. I see that you stated when you try updating your billing cycle on the app or webpage you receive a trouble code. What code or message are you experiencing?

When I click on "bill due date" on my account, I get this screen. On the app it's the same.

Thank you for providing that photo @user_7vwp2j so we can see what you are seeing. To be eligible to move your bill’s due date, you must have completed at least one billing cycle, and your bill must not be past due. Once you change your bill’s due date, you need to keep that billing date for at least 6-months. To confirm, do you have any past due balance on your account or have you changed your billing due date in the last 6-months?
