Billing page

When I click on the "make payment" button on the billing page (I'm using a laptop and Edge web browser), I get a page the comes up with the following message (I'm logged in): 

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://payments.xfinity.com/new" on this server.

Hi there, @user_f24e84, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us through our Xfinity Forums. I know how vital it is to have access to your billing details. Did you ensure you were logged in as the primary user or manager on the account? Are you able to try a different browser, do you get the same results?
