Billing page never loads (three dots)

A week ago I got an email asking me to change my payment method to a checking account. Ever since then, I've been trying multiple times a day, but https://customer.xfinity.com/billing will never load. It's just a black page with three "working" dots animated.

I tried on Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, as well as incognito mode, all the same.

Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Forums page, @ThistleChaser. My name is Kim and I will be happy to help out today. Is this connection issue happening on any other website at this point?

@XfinityKimberlyB Hello, thanks for replying. No, no other website. Everything else online is fine. I can even get to other Xfinity pages (https://www.xfinity.com/overview, https://www.xfinity.com/auth,

Hm when I was checking other xfinity pages to make that list, I clicked on the shopping cart link, which redirected to buying a plan. That gave me an error:

Looks like you can't make changes to this plan.

Please contact the account owner to continue.

I'm the owner and sole person on the account.

Maybe this is also related? I haven't been able to use the Xfinity app at all, it gives me this error:

This is exactly what’s been happening to me. Any updates on if they’ve got steps to fix it?
