Billing page is stuck on loading. How am I supposed to pay my bill if I can't view the info?

Whenever I go to click on bill information, I get the three dots in a circle in the middle of the page indicative of loading status, but it doesn't want to move past that. The bill shows up in my email, but it doesn't seem to matter what browser I use (chrome, firefox, and the xfinity app) I'm getting the same issue across the board. On the site it's telling me I have no current bill details, so I can't pay on it.

Also got a message across the screen about Soapy Fault or something like that. Not sure what that is supposed to be unless that's the name the server billing is stored.

I call in to pay my bills now, the billing page has been down and just not working correctly for almost 4 months. we all should get 20 dollar credits towards our bills for these troubles honestly.
