Billing not accurate

I'm being charged for 3 boxes.  I only have 2.  I received in the mail an updated box to replace a small box for my second tv. I called customer service and asked what I should do with the small box. I was told to throw it away. That is why they didn't supply a box to return it. A few months later i'm being charged for 3 boxes.  I called customer service and was told they would start an investigation and I would be contacted.  This didn't happen so I called again. This time a gentleman said he would correct my billing going forward to reflect only 2 boxes and I would be reimbursed for the past few months.  I check today and I'm still being charged for 3 boxes and no reimbursement on file.  I have the documentation of "chat" who was going to correct my billing.  What does a person have to do to get someone who can actually help me with my billing issue?

The concern is not "Community Knowledge Base" related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hi @user_fwkqm8, I hope you're having a great day. Thanks for posting your concerns here on our Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear about your experience with your bill. But you came to the right place for assistance.

If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
