[Billing] Need help matching a promotional rate I missed

Hi there, I recently signed up for Xfinity internet service at $60/month. However, I just realized that I missed a $50/month promotion that was available just last week. As a new customer, I was wondering if it's possible to have my account adjusted to this better rate? I'd love to stay with Xfinity long-term and would appreciate any help with this. Thanks!

user_pe2z47 Thanks for creating a post on our Community Forums, as well as for having us in your home! What are the details of your current plan? Are you already enrolled in both paperless billing and automatic payments (with a bank account and routing number)? I ask since it sounds like you may have the offer in question, but may not have the autopay paperless discount (APPD) applied to bring the bill to $50/mo.
