Billing Name

Greetings, @user_cc18d3! Thanks for taking the time out of your day to get your wife added to the bill. We are happy to assist you! We can add her name in the Bill To section of your bill. That keeps you as the account holder but both of your names will appear on the statements. I see that you already sent through a DM so I will continue there. 

Please also note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so.
