Billing Messed Up

Has anybody else got charged for the wrong account because they had your address wrong, and they have yet to refund you the amount that you were charged? It’s been a total nightmare with them taking my money and not refunding it back when it was on their end anyway.

We can certainly help you out with this! Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
