Billing lies

I spoke with a Customer Service representative and two months ago and he told me "Because I am such a loyal customer, he is going to help me lower my bill, without changing any of my services or subscriptions." So in August my bill was $414.07 after he helped me my September bill went down to $367.75. I was actually very happy. Saving almost $50 a month right now is a lot of money. But I noticed that I was missing channels. I called Customer Service and the Gentlemen assured me he would fix that for me. Well my October bill is  $418.39. So you didnt "fix" anything and my bill went right back up AND some how added $4.32.

You have become and obnoxious company and completely out of touch with your customers. You outsource your Customer Service, I'm sure to save yourself millions but then just crap on your Customers.

I have been your cable Customer for over 50 years. When you were still Spectrum Cable.

Maybe you need to bring your Customer service back to Philadelphia. But if you did that our cable bill would be $100 more a month, right?

I am going to find something cheaper. So you will lose a Customer of 50 years over $50.

Well done.

You really should be ashamed of your "business"
