Billing issues

Hello!

I am relatively new to Xfinity.  I have had nothing but problems with billing ever since I started. I have spent hours on chat, and on the phone trying to rectify issues that should not have occured. I have been made to wait while a resolution was pursued, and to wait for a supervisor. All of these efforts have resulted in fulfilling their goal, which is to deny responsibility, and to lay fault on the client.  While I am very upset, I am proud of not having responded in an inappropriate manner. Why am I proud? Because I am a VN war veteran, 90% disabled, with PTSD. However, I want to pursue this matter, until I have exhausted all available methods. I refuse to believe that an organization can get away with deceptive practices, that are borderline if not fully fraudulent.  To this end I intend to enlist the third party assistance, to look into the possibilities of a class action suit. To any of you interested in pursuing, please let me know.  In the meantime, I will proceed to contact Fed, stated and local  assistance.
