Billing Issues

Hi Xfinity Support, I need help with two billing issues on my account:

  1. Xfinity Internet/WiFi autopay increased
    My autopay was $71.37 on Nov 18, Dec 18, and Jan 18, but the upcoming autopay scheduled for Feb 17 is now $87.39. Please explain exactly why it increased (promo ended/plan change/fees/equipment/taxes) and provide an itemized breakdown.
  2. Missing $25 credit for SIM replacement (Xfinity Mobile)
    I have two mobile lines. When I replaced a SIM in December, I was charged $50.00 on Dec 26. The store rep said the extra $25.00 would be credited back to my account, but I still don’t see the $25 credit/refund. Please check the status and apply the $25 credit if it hasn’t been issued, and tell me when it will post.
