Billing issues

I reached out to xfinity team to find out about Wi-Fi services. In the process I was offered camera and phone. $10 camera and phone was free for one year. I would like to know how did i receive 2 bills. One for internet one for Wi-Fi. I was with my company for years and i wouldn’t have changed my service if it wasn’t free. I had a grandfather rate. I work for AT&T. Once you touch a grandfather rate you loose that plans pricing. I would like this fixed or I would be reaching out to FCC. Listen to the recording and what I was offered. I was told all 3 would be around $60ish for my services. Well I just received two bills and over $100 for both. Nothing what I signed up for or what was told to me. This is a complete scam not being told the truth. I see a lot of customers have gone through this and many complaints. Please correct this or I would take this to the next level. Thank you

Hello, @user_m05vkp thank you for reaching out to our community to get help with this billing issue. My apologies it was not communicated that your residential services and Xfinity Mobile are billed separately. This is to prevent your other services from effecting your cell service. I would like to review your billing for both to make sure you were given what your were promised. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.
