Billing Issues

I am writing to address a billing issue I’ve encountered with my account. I recently received my upcoming bill, and I noticed two concerning discrepancies:

Charges for Equipment I Never Received: I am being charged for equipment that I never received. I did not sign up for or agree to receive any additional equipment, and yet I am seeing charges for it on my bill.

 Bill Increase: I am currently on a “promotional contract” that was supposed to lock in my rates for three years. However, just two months into my service, my bill has increased. I was originally quoted $85 for my internet service, but now I’m being charged $98. While I understand the price may increase after one year, this seems premature, and the charge appears to be higher than expected.

I contacted customer service to resolve this issue, but I did not receive a clear solution or explanation. I am requesting an immediate review of my account to address these billing errors, ensure that I am only being charged for services and equipment I have actually received, and that my bill reflects the agreed-upon promotional rate.
