I am having billing issue I should had got a credit of 15 dollars can you check my last chat with agent plus he did not even send me email I am very annoyed with ur agents
kindly please fix my account by giving me my 15 dollars credit

Hello, user_mwmsbu! Thanks for reaching out about the $15 credit. You are right that you should see an email confirmation automatically anytime a credit is applied to your account. Further, the Xfinity app balance should update within 72 hours, and it will be listed on your following billing statement. Let's take a look at your account to find out where the $15 is.
