Billing issues

I dropped Xfinity Tv & phone in early July opting for streaming only. My new bill is showing an equipment charge for $9.85 for a lmtd basic converter??? I returned my X1 Dvr box & an HD box in early July. I have no idea what this is for. Thanks

I see that you stated you dropped TV and phone service in early July to opt for streaming only and returned your X1DVR box and HD box but are now receiving a $9.95 equipment charge. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and assure you that you've reached the right team to help with your bill concerns. 

 

We can get your account pulled up to review the equipment. If the equipment was returned but by chance didn't get properly processed by the warehouse and removed from your account, we can assist with removing the equipment for you no problem! To review your equipment and bill further, we will need to collect some sensitive information to locate the account and send over authentication code to verify the account. To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account including any applicable unit or apartment numbers?

 

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
