Billing issues

Your great AI tells me this when I ask why I can’t access my billing “I'm sorry, I'm having trouble accessing your billing details. You can manage your bill in My Account or try again here later.”

no kidding thats my problem as well! No help at all and don’t get me started with your back office in India after being on chat for 2.5 hours!

take my money and no support or TV now

user_ols0v7 Thank you so much for you post on the issues you are having accessing your billing information online. The Xfinity app and Xfinity.com are great places to manage your account and every customer should have access in order to do just that! Could you provide a little more details on the issue you are running into so we can better assist you and make sure you can access all your account details online.

user_ols0v7  Pictures are always helpful thank you so much. Let me ask when you get this error message are you connected to your Xfinity home network? Have you checked to make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of the Xfinity app? Have you attempted to clear the cache and cookies for the app? Have you attempted to access Xfinity.com using a different device an ran into the same issue?

@XfinityAmandaB yes to all of the above. The India team set me up with a new account today as we moved 5 days ago as the house we moved to did have xfinity already so we had both internet and TV until the India team stepped in.. After they were done we luckily still have internet but no tv. I went into the Loveland xfinity store and they said I needed to activate my modem since we had moved 5 days ago… I tried that and it doesn’t work. The assist then says it can’t access my billing so it can’t help either… a viscous circle with no help.

user_ols0v7 I see that is good to know! If your account is new it may not have been linked correctly. Can you by chance access the account information tab in your profile when logged in? If so check out the service address to see if it is showing your new address. If it is not showing your new address you would need to set up a new Xfinity ID attached to the new address/account. You can do that xfinity.com/getstarted click on Create an Xfinity ID from any Xfinity sign-in page.
