Billing issues on my account [Edited]

I have been calling in over the last two weeks to customer service to get help with my bill I am not even a 2-month-old customer yet and received a bill for $500 when it's only supposed to be about 95 a month every time I call in I get transferred from department to department and then when I get to the right department they promise to call back about my billing account issue and no one calls back this has been going on for 2 weeks with no resolution****does anyone know the phone number to corporate office?? Because I'm fixing to contact a better business bureau to file a complaint for resolution???? I want someone from the escalation department with comcast Xfinity to call me immediately [Edited: "Personal Information"] because I am fixing to escalate this to corporate [Edited: "All Caps"]

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
