Billing issues and military benefits
I have been chatting with, on the phone with and been in the xfinity store for my most recent orders and have been having issues get everything straightened out. I used to have xfinity now internet service. I have now moved over to Xfinity Internet 300MBPS for 5 years for 40 a month. I have setup autopay to bank account as well as paperless billing. My billing still shows 50.99 when it should be 40.99. I have claimed my Peacock subscription with my diamond stats based on military service. I have been trying to claim Xfinity Now TV as that is also a benefit but the promotional credit is not reflecting. I have been told on the phone that they aren't able to get it to apply and in store told me the same thing. I am also trying to claim my xfinity mobile for two years but that doesn't pop up either. I also currently have an Xfinity mobile line that looks active but it should not be as I was told that I would have 90 days to activate a line. Please help me get this all rectified as I feel like I am going in circles.
