Billing issue

Id like to clarify our billing schedule.our original due date was 4th of the month.After our march payment,we requested to reschedule it to the 12th,which was supposed to take effect in april,However we were charged a second time this month.could you look into this double deduction

Our Xfinity App is free to download and is the best place to review your bills as well as online at https://www.xfinity.com/overview. 

I also have a link that breaks down your bills line by line at https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/new-bill-design.

Normally we see a change in the payment due date when there's a past due balance before the bill generated.

 

At the top of your bill can you check to see if you had a previous balance? If so this could explain multiple payments if you were behind and then the next bill was due. 

If you're unable to access your bills I can also check for you as well.
