Billing issue

Hello I been trying to go over billing issues with customer service, they tried to help but I continue to have the same billing issues, the issue gets corrected but re-appears again on a later statement. we had Comcast,  Xfinity and TCI many years of service well over 10 years. I trusted Xfinity billing and I didn't review my bills every month but I did today and found discrepancies. Billed for equipment I don't have, billed for customer assisted payments (I pay online every month) I was gifted increased internet 1GB free but it's charged every month. It was free the first month my statement show 1gb free -75.00 and -35.00 credit. My service bundle consist of 3 services Internet, Cable and Home Phone landline. These services should be included in my bundle but I'm being charged for TV services every month. I ask customer service why the tv channels are not included in the bundle he gave me a answer but I didn't understand and I could tell he was losing his patience with my questions. Another service I'm being charged is Mexican channels, I have taken this off in the past but its back on again. I have noticed that calling Xfinity customer service and waiting on hold has been a wonderful improvement and they take calls very late, I love that but the knowledge for technical support and billing issues have been slacking. Currently if customer service can't resolve the issue they either make up an answer or they will pretend that they can't hear you. hello, hello, hello, are you there? I'm saying yes I'm here but they hang up anyway and don't call back. Customer service use to always call back if the call dropped. Can you help me fix my account or can you forward this to someone who can go over my account? Customer service said they were going to send me a text for the fixes he did in my account. I did get a text and the only change he made was to take off the Mexican channels and since he was my 3rd customer service rep today I gave up. I'm going to overpay my bill yet again so my services won't be disconnected, please help or forward to someone who can assist me.

Based on some of what you shared I think the service is listed has a line item on the statement, however it included in the bundled services. Let's take a look and see what is happening.
