Billing Issue

Dear Sirs/Madams:

My apartment was burglarized and clean up took awhile.

Someone will be turning in the xfinity equipment.and will be turning in the equipment.

I know the amount for the cable charges. I want to pay just those.

There's over 100 movies that I paid for that I don't have access to even though I've paid for them.

I will be resubscribing to basic services.

PearlGirl3 Thank you so much for reaching out for help with the charges for your equipment and your purchases. We are sorry to hear about the break-in, which is always an upsetting event, and I can understand you needing time to get back to us. Your purchases are still available to you if you log into the Xfinity Stream site/app. We can help get you in to see those. If the equipment is being returned, those charges would be removed, so we would be happy to see what is remaining to help clear that up.

PearlGirl3, thank you for the follow-up to let us know. I see your post/comment are coming in under your profile, so you should be logged in. Can you tell me more about what happens when you attempt to log in? Is it stating you don't have a profile, or is there perhaps a password issue?
