Billing issue
I am tired of emailing the help desk on this. I am still being charged 15 for a tv box that I don't have. I tried to go to the store but they won't even help me.
I have been credited many times and have been told that the charge was removed but its not being done. Do your job for a change.
I only have internet and landline through you that is all. Please fix this now once and for all.

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
