Billing Issue

Hello,

I have exhausted all support options and keep getting to automated support. I have cancelled services for the last billing cycle and I have received a bill for the next statement and need this to be sorted out. Getting in touch with an actual person is impossible and chat support set up a call in which was never made. Really ridiculous that the customer service with Xfinity is so poor.
