Billing issue

Hello, I have a specific billing issue on my latest statement that is incorrect and have not been able to message or get a hold of customer service to discuss this. How can I contact an employee for help with this matter?

I was charged and EFT payment and do not know why, is this a late fee in addition to the echeck/eft return fee?
