Billing issue

I just recently got an Xfinity account wirh internet and was double charged 50 dollars and I have been unable to speak to an actual human at Xfinity about it.

It makes me want to go back to At&t.

NOT a good first impression.

Here are detailed steps to direct message us:  

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
