I was charged $425 in equipment fees because I moved back in with family due to the pandemic and couldn’t use the security system. I kept the tv and internet services in my name. I could no longer use the security system, and they refused to take the equipment back or remove the charges from my bill. As a result, all my services were disconnected and I need internet to work. I asked for an extension on the bill, and they wouldn’t give me one. This is terrible service during a pandemic. I had a potential exposure to Covid and just returned from a funeral service for a family member. They aren’t willing to help at all.
