Billing Issue: Charge After Xfinity Cancellation

Hi, I cancelled my Xfinity service over the phone on April 17, but I was still charged on April 23. Could you please confirm that my service has been fully cancelled and arrange a refund for the charge?

Thanks for reaching out to us on our community forums @wjp5104! I know I personally would be concerned if I was charged for services days after cancelling them. This sounds like a charge that may have occurred due to a final bill or prorated charge processing shortly after the account was disconnected.
