Billing issue AGAIN

Yugant supposedly fixed my billing issue and I was supposed to get a $20 credit.  This was supposed to be confirmed by email, but it never was.  Was the credit applied?   Did h/she finally fix my billing issue?  I have a screen shot of supposedly final resolution.  I’ve been dealing with this ongoing problem for months.
