Billing issue after moving to a new address
Hi Xfinity Support,
I recently moved to a new address and set up my Xfinity service at my new address. Since the move, I have been having an issue with my billing.
I had an outstanding bill from my previous service, but after setting up the service at my new address, the bill no longer appears in my account. However, I keep receiving notifications saying that I need to make a payment.
When I try to view my current bill, I get an error saying that there is a problem with my billing information and that my bill is unavailable. It also appears that my current billing cycle does not show any bill until January 1.
Because of this, I am unable to see the amount I owe or make the payment.
Could someone please check my account and help fix the billing issue? I want to make sure I pay any outstanding balance and avoid any late fees or service interruption.
Thank you!
