Billing - Internet Promo Ended on Triple Play

Can you still chat with a real person? My bill went up 25.00 for my Triple Play and looks like its because the internet promo ended and I'm being charged extra 25.00 for Speed Upgrade Internet Pro. I want to know if I can downgrade this as I rarely use the internet as I'm 87 years old and live by myself. I don't want to start another 24 month contract because I might have to move in a few months and might have to cancel my service because I might not need it. Please advise can I keep the triple play but change the internet to remove the 25.00 extra charge. Thank you in advance for some help with this. Tried calling but couldn't reach anyone that way either.
