NOW UPDATED I HAVE CALLED 2 MORE TIMES TODAY AND AM STILL HAVING A HARD TIME TRYING TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE TO HELP ME WITH THIS BILLING INQUIRY.

To whom it may concern,
I was on hold with a customer service rep this afternoon who was not understanding what I was talking about. I asked for a supervisor and have now been on hold total with this phone call 1.5 hours with no communication with a supervisor. We have been clients of Comcast since 2006 and I am completely disgusted with the service I am receiving from your billing support team. On our bill in November 2024 the Quad plan was $253 monthly, in January of 2025 the quad plan was now being billed at $311.90 monthly. I can see a small increase in charges but that is approximately $60 a month more for the same plan. I did not make any changes to the plan and am definitely upset with such an increase. Can you please send this to whoever needs to take care of this matter and credit our account. It is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I am hanging up this call after no avail and sending this email. - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
