Billing Inquiry -- Promotion Renewal for 1 Gig Internet
Hello,
My 12-month promotional discount expired on September 13, causing my monthly rate to jump from $51.05 to $101.05. A 100% price increase is outside my monthly budget.
I have been a customer since 2020 (Platinum Rewards member) and want to remain with Xfinity. However, local competitors like AT&T Fiber offer gigabit service in the $55–$65 range.
Could you review my account for any unadvertised retention promotions, loyalty rate roll-overs, or 1–2 year term agreements that would keep my current plan (1 Gig Internet, Unlimited Data, and Gateway included) at or near my previous ~$50/month rate?
I prefer to keep my current speed tier rather than downgrade. Please let me know what options are available on the backend to avoid having to schedule a service disconnect.
Thank you!
