Billing information

I no longer reside at an address that I receive a billing statement from. Once a month Xfinity emails me the amount due but I haven’t lived at the address in question since 12/31/25. How can I stop this from occurring?

Hello user_fnu9ow 👋 I hope you're having a great start to your week, and appreciate you stopping by our community with your concern! We infinitely appreciate any amount of time you spent with us, so the last thing we want is for you be charged for services you're no longer using! If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the full service address associated with your account, I'd be happy to look into this for you.

To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.

@XfinitySeth Thanks for responding. First I have to say that thankfully I am not being charged for services at my old address. That matter was resolved as of January 2026. I am currently receiving emails for the monthly billing of services where I don’t live anymore. I request that I be removed from receiving those emails. My name is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Former address is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Email address is [Edited: "Personal Information"].

Thanks for clarifying, user_fnu9ow. For security, we recommend you avoid sharing personal information publicly in the forums. Can you please send your information privately via DM?

To send a Direct Message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Messaging chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
