Hi my monthly plan is 65$ how my bill is 105$ where I don't have pending payments .

When I see an account balance that is not the expected balance I look first for any previous balances listed to make sure that my payment was received and to see if there were any credits applied. You can visit https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/viewing-your-bill-online-ecobill for help with viewing previous statements to make sure payments were received. 

Do you show any previous balances listed? On page three of the statement are any one-time fees or service fees listed?

Is this your first statement after opening an account with Xfinity? If so, you may see prorated charges on the account since we process billing about a month in advance.
