Billing Increase

Hi, recently in the past couple of months, my bill has increased from $55/mo to $65/mo. I have received no explanation or advanced warning. Please let me know what I his increase is due to & please provide a refund for the excess billing if this is a mistake. I would have liked the option to opt out had I known the rate would be increasing. Please let me know if this can be corrected. Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out to us, A great tool to use is our Xfinity app as you can review the last 12 months of detailed billing statements to see what changes occurred to have your bill increase.

 

I will  also be happy to assist you to see what changes have occurred,  all you have to do is send me a direct message including your first and last name and complete service address.

 

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
