Billing increase
I just viewed my bill and noticed a substantial increase. After numerous attempts to reach a person I finally got through and spoke with Angelica. I questioned increase and she informed me that I was on a promotion that had expired. I asked when was I informed this promotion was expiring? She said we don't do that. I also mentioned that I was suppose to be getting $10 credit monthly for paperless billing and auto pay. Again like a robot she mentioned promotion expired. I asked what promotions are available now? She said nothing. So I asked what do you offer an existing long time customer with excellent credit history? Again response was nothing. I asked about retention offer, said nothing. I am quite disturbed that during these times your employees are encouraging customers to seek other options. Looking forward to hearing from you.
