billing increase over contracted price

Diamond customer, same address and customer 34+ years.  Just curious, I signed a 24 mo agreement 2/21/25. Part of agreement was $35 broadcasting fee. New statement in January, broadcasting fee raised to $47.The contract is clear with my cancellation charges (ie I leave comcast) but it's ok to raise the contracted price? What gives, I feel bent over!
