Billing help

Okay I'm going to first off start by saying when I got this plan and went through Xfinity everything "sounded" great at the time you know you get your Xfinity Internet for as low as 15.99 a month, oh but wait there's more you can add Xfinity mobile you can get two lines for low as 23 dollars a month, sounds great to anybody why not so therefore I'm paying for Internet service that's 15 a month and $23 more for two lines can't beat that of course you can't because it's not true. Anyway I do this plan get my daughter set up she uses her phone 10 minutes after she used her phone I got a text message saying I went over my minutes by such and such gigabytes or whatever I'm sure like nah that's not true that's got to be mistake I just got it well long story short everyday I was going to text saying my bills this morning is coming up it won't even a month and my bill was 1500 dollars for Xfinity mobile. I've tried calling and calling to talk about this nobody's answering me I get online chat with the assistant it is a computer that can't help me with [Edited: "Language"] I mean does anybody work there anymore I'm just saying this is really bad customer service, anyway back to that the lady that did this over the phone she was working from home she told me this she did not tell me that it is $20 extra a gigabyte that you go over I don't know who in the right mind would agree to something like that cuz I might be slow but I'm not stupid I would never agree to that I would to 23  a month. I have family who work for other internet services and mobile services and I addressed it to them and they can't believe what they saw on my bill so bottom line is I'm not paying $1,500 y'all can say do whatever I'm not paying that and you're all are crazy to even charge people for that. Fast forward I paid my past due bill today that was due February 26th got a message saying I need to pay my past due in my current bills coming up with the 29th dew of March pay my pass bill they won't turn me on saying I have to pay for March not happening somebody's going to turn on my internet and somebody's taking that 1500 off my bill because I will go higher up and I will take for directions thank you.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
