Good luck. I always pay by check to Xfinity [Edited]. My November check was never cashed. I sent another check in December on the 16th. IT was never cashed. I presume it is sitting in the PO Box. I just had to pay by phone via a credit card. I want to pay by check. Apparently, the Xfinity employees in charge of the PO Box are not picking up the mail.
