billing help

My app keeps switching to the wrong account and accidentally paid on the wrong account.

I went into the store and they submitted an ECM ticket for a refund but my services were still disconnected and I cannot afford to pay twice.

I need an extension to the 26 to settle the payment. I already paid once and I didn’t know it was paid on the wrong account. I need an extension for 3 days please
