Billing help

Ordered cable box  never activated it/hooked it up   Tried to return for weeks  no one would help  finally drove to another state to send it back UPS   Now being billed for cable service i never used/activated   $128  im on fixed income senior  about ready to file complaints with FCC  BBB and anyone else i can file with!  “Chat “ agents  just keep trying to sell me NEW plan! Wont fix bogus charges

When you returned your equipment, did you also contact us to remove the service associated with it? If not, this would explain why you were still charged.
