Billing help
So I just made a payment last Saturday for what they said was a returned payment. Turn around again it’s suspended today. Talk to a lady who said she would extend it till Tuesday and restore my services but nothing. Called back talk to a rude [Edited: Language] man and he said that he had to email someone and it takes 2 hours. Is there not a way I can pay something to cut it on and pay the rest next week until I talk to my bank.
