I really appreciate your efforts to stay on top of things. Due to privacy and security concerns, payment arrangements are now handled as a self-service function through the Xfinity Assistant online and through the Xfinity App. You can find more details about how to set this up here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement
Please let us know if you experience any issues, or if you want to confirm the payment arrangement has been placed, and we will look into this for you.

Hello, I have gotten a bill that isn't mine. I am currently set up for internet through Xfinity and have been enrolled in autopay for a couple of years. I received a notice last week that I now have an unpaid $217 bill that I see no record of and isn't mine. I have tried using Xfinity assistant and calling with no luck. Can I get someone to help please?
