@user_79472a If you're having payment issues, then don't worry as we have other payment options for you. You can mail us a check using the information on your bill, or visit a Western Union® Quick Collect® location to pay with cash or money order. You’ll just need the account number. Here is a great link https://www.xfinity.com/bill-pay that Xfinity has for customers looking into other payment methods.

@XfinityShawn is there a chance that I can get further help so I can pay with my card online?

@user_79472a If the card is coming up as declined, then I can't change that unfortunately. I would recommend to reach out to your bank if you're having issues with your card. Another option would be for you to call in to try to make the payment with a phone representative. Have you tried using our Xfinity app?

@XfinityShawn yes I’ve tried everything paying on call and on the app and I’ve called the bank and there’s nothing wrong with my card I’ve even tried using different card and it still appears as payment declined

Oh no, @user_79472a. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Xfinity app, and/or clearing cache and cookies on your device to see if it helps? Is the card declined error message happening when using that card elsewhere? Have you tried using another card? I also wanted to share other ways you're able to pay your Xfinity bill as a quick review of alternate methods which may help.

- Say “Pay my bill” into your Xfinity Voice Remote to open your account and pay on Xfinity X1.
- Call us at 800-xfinity and follow the automated prompts to pay using an American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa credit or debit card or an ACH transfer from a valid savings or checking account with a U.S. bank.
- Mail us a check drawn on a valid U.S. bank account or a cashier’s check issued by a valid U.S. bank. Please use the insert included in your Xfinity bill. Never mail cash.
- Visit an Xfinity Retail Store to pay using one of our Xfinity Self-Service Kiosks, which accept the payment methods listed above, plus cash and traveler’s checks. To find your closest store, including hours of operation, visit our Find an Xfinity Retail Store locator.
- Visit a Western Union Quick Collect location to pay by money order.

If you're having a problem with your card, I suggest you call your bank.  Is this a Visa Card, Debit Card, or a Gift Card?
