Billing Help: Requesting 1GB Rate Match for Existing Customer
Hello,
I am a long-time Xfinity customer. My previous 1GB internet rate was $50/month, and my bill just went up. I spoke with phone support and they only offered me a $65 rate, but I see the $50 for 5 years promotion is still active for my area. I would like assistance from an official digital care employee to review my account for a rate match. Thank you.

For current customers, the available promotions are listed by signing in here https://www.xfinity.com/broadband-labels. Those are the offers the agents on this forum will have. Review them now, so you are aware of the offers we have. Once you do, send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”, and we'll help apply any of the offers available. You can also add any promotion you want directly to your account instead of waiting on a forum response.

I am still waiting for a response that no one bothers to answer my questions in the messaging I was told that this is where a supervisor would look into it we are on a very tight budget and and you are giving other people 50 a month to have the same service. We have been faithful customers of yours for years and you are hiking our price to 65.00 monthe from 50. but people that just start you give them 15.00 less they pay 50.00 this really not fair.
